Participating as a sponsor, nonprofit, commercial or food vendor?
Participants are REQUIRED to review and complete these three items in order to confirm your participation at Texas VegFest 2019:
- 2019 Participation Overview – Contains all of the details you need to participate at Texas VegFest 2018, including fees and amenities.
- 2019 Participation Agreement – Official agreement, complete and return by March 18th, 2018 to participate.
- Temporary Food Permit Application – For ALL participants serving, sampling, or selling prepared food or beverages. All participants serving prepared food or beverages (prepared meaning opened packages), MUST have a completed food permit application turned in by March 18th, 2018 or they will be unable to serve food or beverages the day of the event.

You may also submit payment by credit card through PayPal or Venmo. Please note there is a 3.5% credit card processing fee for all credit card transactions. Please request an invoice for credit card payment by emailing our team at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
