Swag bag inserts and raffle donations are a great way to participate if you cannot make the event. Sign-up below to participate in either or both our Swag Bags and our Raffles!

S W A G B A G S
- We stuff 2,000 swag bag and your team can send inserts in quantiles of 250, 500, 1000, or 2000
- May include product samples, recipes, educational literature on the health, environmental, animal welfare benefits of plant-based diets, or coupons
- $250 without booth
- $50 with booth
- Fees waived for product samples, stickers, pins, and other fun merchandise!
R A F F L E S
- Donate to our Texas VegFest event raffle or Donate to our Volunteer Appreciation event raffle or BOTH!
- Donate one or more items to one or both raffle events
- No fees
- Items must be vegan, environmentally friendly, sustainable, recyclable, compostable, or focus on health, environmental, and animal benefits of vegan plant-based diets.
S H I P P I N G & D E L I V E R Y
- You may ship or deliver directly to the venue
- Full shipping details provided during completion of sign-up
- For shipping pallets, items must be delivered to the venue between the Thursday before the event ONLY per requirements by the City of Austin (owner of venue), and delivery agency must provide method and mover to transport items from truck to venue storage area
- Swag Bag inserts must arrive by 10am at Fiesta Gardens on the Thursday before the event in order to make it into the bags
- Raffle items can be delivered or dropped off at the venue through Saturday morning at Vendor Check-in (7am – 10:30am)
