MUSIC STAGE PARTICIPATION DETAILS

• Complete this sign-up page to be considered to perform on our music stage!
• Free public event
• 5,000+ attendees
• Outdoor stage facing the Colorado River
• Stage, sound, and professional sound team provided
• Advertising on Texas VegFest print, broadcast, social, and online mediums
• Merchandise table to sell products during the event
• On-site banner placement for 3×5 banners
• Free swag bag inserts (quantity of 2,000)
• Six slots available between 11:30am and 4:30pm
• Acceptance notifications go out in mid-February
• At this time, we are unable to provide compensation for our music stage
