Texas VegFest 2026 is Saturday April 4th between 11am and 6pm at Fiesta Gardens in Austin, Texas! 

 

Limited space for youth activities, games, lounges, garden areas, physical fitness challenges, sustainable arts & crafts, educational classes, and workshops! 

• Complete the sign-up form to submit your participation request
• Advertising on Texas VegFest print, broadcast, social, and online mediums
• Exhibiting tent, table, and chairs included with interactive participation, with room for your activity
  • Booth may be used for sales, sampling, activities, information and outreach
  • Does NOT include Temporary Event Food Permit (you must complete the food permit application and turn in by March 20th with the $62 fee)

• On-site banner placement for 3×5 banner
• Free swag bag inserts (quantity of 2,000)
• Multiple slots available between 11:30am and 4:30pm
• Acceptance notifications go out in mid-February
