Limited space for outdoor activities, games, lounges, garden areas, physical fitness challenges, educational classes, and workshops, now open!

• Complete the sign-up form to submit your participation request
• Presentation area and equipment, tables, chairs and volunteer team provided
• Advertising on Texas VegFest print, broadcast, social, and online mediums
• Exhibiting tent, table, and chairs included with interactive participation

  • Booth may be used for sales, sampling, activities, information and outreach

  • Includes Temporary Event Food Permit (you must complete the food permit application and turn in by March 15th)

• On-site banner placement for 3×5 banner

• Free swag bag inserts (quantity of 2,000)
• Six slots available between 11:30am and 4:30pm
• Acceptance notifications go out in mid-February

Unable to attend Texas VegFest or unable to make a monetary contribution? Participating in our In-Kind Donation program is a great way to be a part of the event!

• Advertising on Texas VegFest print, broadcast, social, and online mediums
• On-site banner placement for 3×5 banner (must be received by April 5th)
• Free swag bag inserts (quantity of 2000, must be received by April 5th)
• Acceptance on first-come, first-serve basis
