Each presenter will speak for 45 minutes. We’ll have a 15 minute Q&A and book-signing session outside of the speaker room on the stage. Presenters also have booths in our main exhibitor area. Be sure to stop by and say hello! 


Sid Garza-Hillman

Sid Garza-Hillman is the author of Approaching the Natural: A Health Manifesto and Raising Healthy Parents: Small Steps, Less Stress, and a Thriving Family. He graduated from UCLA with a BA in Philosophy, is a public speaker, podcaster (What Sid Thinks Podcast), certified nutritionist, and Small Steps Coach–teaching his unique approach to healthy living at He is the Stanford Inn Eco-Resort’s Wellness Programs Director, co-creator (with No Meat Athlete, Matt Frazier) of Health Made Simple, and Race Director of the sold-out Mendocino Coast 50K trail ultramarathon (one of only two vegan ultras in the US!).

Tamearra Dyson

Owner of Souley Vegan, has been cooking her signature vegan dishes since the age, of 18. Chef Dyson, a vegan from an early age, believes in cruelty free eating.
