To help celebrate the BIPOC Vegan Coalition, we’re now opening our sign-up pages for 2026!
Texas VegFest occurs the first or second weekend of April each year. The City of Austin will confirm our 2026 in late October. Stay posted here, on our socials, and on our newsletters to stay in the loop of all of the 2026 details!
Sign-up for all participants is open! We offer sponsor packages with extra tent space in the main exhibitor area, volunteer opportunities for individuals looking for experience in event organizing, tented and vehicle space for commercial and food vendors, low-rates for nonprofit organizations and CSAs in high-traffic areas, space for activities or art installations, and stage space for cooking demos, educational lectures, or live music.
Tents, tables, and chairs provided for most participants. Pack extra goodies to share with our base 5000 attendees, and sign-up before October 31st to receive a 10% discount!

Limited space open for interactive activities. Bring your lounges, outdoor games, art installations, film showcases, photo booths, and more!
Volunteer
Our team is looking for passionate and dedicated volunteers with a variety of talent! Share your volunteer talents in helping us create a successful Teas VegFest. Sign-up today!
Youth Vendor
Sign-up to provide our young attendees with a youth-specific educational space! Discounted but limited space available for youth focused cooking demos, educational lectures, gardening, outdoor games, and more.
Music
Play on our amazing outdoor stage overlooking the water! Table for merchandise sales, interactive crowd, and promotional perks. Morning and afternoon time slots available but space is limited so sign-up today!
Raffles & Swag Bags
Swag bags and raffle drawings are a great way to showcase your business or organizations if you are unable to attend in person. Donate items to one or both of our swag and raffle opportunities!

Volunteer Workdays
Volunteer workdays begin in September! Are you a current or former Texas VegFest volunteer? Are you someone looking for additional volunteer opportunities? Our volunteer workday group meets the second Saturday each month to volunteer our time to an organization in need. Sign-up to join our workdays!

Payment
Need to pay your Participation Bill? Head to our payment link to submit your confirmation payment and secure your space! All online transactions through Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp require a 3.5% processing fee. Our team will send over an invoice for payment with the fees included. Please let us know if you’d like an official receipt!
