• 10-foot canopy tents in prime location
• 8-foot tables with four chairs
• Banners prominently displayed on festival grounds
• Company listed as “Sponsor” on all Texas VegFest print, broadcast, social, and internet advertising prior to, during, and after the event
• Company and logo listed as “Sponsor” on our website through next event’s promotional campaign
• Inserts in event swag bags
- Includes Temporary Event Food Permit. Complete the food permit application and turn in by March 20th to meet the Austin Health Department deadline and to ensure your permit to serve/sample prepared food/beverages at Texas VegFest. - In-Kind Donations for needed supplies at Texas VegFest can be accepted if they meet criteria and event needs.
- All participants and contractors must provide proof of insurance coverage showing Texas VegFest name as Additional Insured on your policy. Minimum limit of $1 million per occurrence, $2 million aggregate, rated A-XII or better.
